Is Golf Collective open to the public?

Golf Collective is a private, membership-based club. While anyone is welcome to join Golf Collective, the facility is not open to walk-in visits from individuals who are not members of the club. 

How do I access the facility?

In order to access the facility, you must be a member. Once you are a member, you can download the Golf Collective app in order to reserve a bay and open the door. Door access is granted via the app on your phone. If you do not have a phone that supports the app, you will not be able to make a reservation or open the door. 

I'm having trouble accessing the door via the app. What should I do? 

If you are having trouble accessing the door via the app, please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and that your app is up to date. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

How do I log into the Trackman simulator?

To log into the Trackman simulator, use the same login credentials that you used to create your Golf Collective account. You can also use the Trackman app to scan the QR code on the screen. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact our support team for assistance.

Can I bring guests to the Golf Collective?

Yes, you can bring guests to the Golf Collective. However, please note that guests will need to be accompanied by a member and need to fill out the waiver and release of liability.

Can I bring my golf coach to the Golf Collective?

Yes, you can bring your golf coach to the Golf Collective. Please note that in order to bring a golf coach, the trainee must have a membership and the reservation must be made in the trainee's name. 

How do I book a bay?

To book a tee time, please use our mobile app or visit our website. You can view available tee times and reserve your spot online.​

Are golf clubs available for rent? 

No, Golf Collective does not provide golf clubs. Please ensure to bring your own. 

There are balls in the bays, can I take them?

No, Golf Collective provides specialized Titleist Pro V1 RCT balls that have been specifically designed for use in golf simulators. Please do not remove these balls from the facility.
