POLICIES
At Golf Collective, everyone is welcome to enjoy the wonderful game of golf regardless of age, gender, or skill level. To ensure the best experience for all, we expect members to respect each other and staff, maintain facilities, and follow safety regulations. Adhering to these policies helps us maintain a welcoming and enjoyable community for all golf enthusiasts.

Simulators are booked by the hour and reservations are required. Reservations can be made online through the website.

It takes roughly 1 hour per person for 18 holes. Each simulator can host up to 4 players.

Your time starts at the scheduled reservation time, regardless of if you are ready or not. It is suggested you show up 10 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and get settled. We also recommend looking at our courses or games list beforehand, so you are ready to play when your reservation starts.

The simulator is sophisticated and requires that you know how to hit the ball. This would be a difficult task if you were a novice. It is required that you bring your own clubs to play. You can share, but it is not recommended. You must use our golf balls when playing because they are specifically designed for the Trackman simulator. We will provide you with Titleist Pro V1 RCT golf balls that have been approved for our simulators. Please do not take the balls from our facility, we know it is tempting!

We prefer that you don’t wear your outdoor golf shoes. It tracks in dirt, sand, and tears up the turf. The artificial turf provides plenty of traction in everyday shoes. Any golf shoes that are worn must be the “spikeless” kind and must be clean of all debris. We reserve the right to ask that you not wear your shoes if they are deemed too dirty.

Tee times require a membership to book a reservation. We require at least an 12-hour notice of cancellations. No shows will be charged the full rate.

To make a reservation, log into the membership portal and click the “online booking” link.

Please ensure your clubs are clean before arriving, since any dirt or smudges may impact the hitting surface and screen, thus creating issues with the accuracy of the computers.

There is no age limit to play, but players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
